Nick Bosa only Ohio State player to attend 2019 NFL Draft, no Haskins

Even though Ohio State figures to have plenty of names called during the 2019 NFL Draft, only one player plans to attend all the hoopla.

This, according to a release from the NFL on players that will be attending the festivities in Nashville. Here’s the list of players courtesy of Adam Schefter. A quick scan down the columns shows only Nick Bosa, and nobody else that has scarlet and gray in their blood.

Noticeably missing of course is quarterback Dwayne Haskins who is expected to be one of the first quarterbacks taken — presumably in the first round — maybe in the top ten.

According to Dan Hope of Eleven Warriors, Haskins will be foregoing the green room experience for a private party in his hometown. And who can blame him for wanting to be close to those that are close to him for such a big occasion.

Here’s to a fun, entertaining, and interesting 2019 NFL Draft — Buckeyes or not on site.
