Nicholas Pinnock joins cast of 'Long Bright River' limited series

Pinnock will portray the character of Truman Dawes in the series. His most recent appearance was in the feature film 'The Book of Clarence' where he portrayed Jesus Christ opposite Lakeith Stanfield. Pinnock has also been recognized for his impressive roles in various television series such as 'For Life,' 'Top Boy,' 'Django,' and 'Counterpart.' The adaptation of Moore's novel for the screen is being handled by Moore herself, alongside Nikki Toscano. Both Moore and Toscano will also serve as executive producers, with Toscano taking on the role of showrunner.
