'Nicest kit ever' — Swansea City fans delighted as club release striking new third kit for Championship season

Swansea City have unveiled their third shirt for the current 2020/21 campaign - and it's already gone down a treat with fans.

The new shirt features a dark navy colour scheme with a line sublimation and a raspberry trim.

There's also the welcome touch of a 'Jack Army' print on the back of the collar, as well as 'Swansea City AFC' taping inside the hem.

It's not clear when the Swans will wear the kit for the first time, with Steve Cooper's side likely to wear their home kit when welcoming Millwall to the Liberty Stadium this weekend.

However, it could feasibly be used for the trip to newly-promoted Coventry City on October 20.

In the meantime, fans can get their hands on the new kit from 9.30am on Thursday, October 1, and, judging by the reactions on social media, it's likely to fly off the shelves.

Taking to Twitter, one fan labelled the new kit as "unreal", while another simply said "We really do consistently have the best kits in world football".

Swansea City unveiled their home and away kits for the 2020/21 campaign back in August, which you can see here.
