Niall Quinn’s daughter Aisling sets up Ireland’s first live interactive fitness platform after seeing pals lose jobs

Football hero Niall Quinn’s daughter has set up Ireland’s first live interactive fitness platform after seeing her fitness expert pals lose their jobs.

With a background in technology and marketing 26-year-old Aisling felt compelled to set up Sweat25, an online community offering workouts with some of the top fitness professionals in the country.

Dubliner Aisling told the Irish Mirror: “My friend Conor Murphy is a certified athletic therapist which means he works with lots of sports teams.

“When all the matches got cancelled he was effectively out of a job, so he was pretty down and didn’t know what to do.”

Aisling set him up video conferencing and her concept grew legs. She explained: “We expanded out to Pilates and different types of yoga and boxercise. One of the key differences to what’s out there online is Sweat25 is live.

“Your instructor can see and hear you they can call your name out, tell you to keep your tummy in and fix your alignment.”

With 50 classes Sweat25 is growing all the time and even Republic legend Niall, 53, is getting in to it. Aisling added: ”It’s been a great stress buster for my dad, he likes boxercise.”
