Niall Horan says he won't answer one question anymore as he snaps back at fan account

Niall Horan won't be answering One Direction reunion questions in future due to people taking his quotes out of context.

The Irish singer, who just released a new album, replied to a fan account on Thursday after it posted a quote from him.

Mullingar man Niall said that he was "10000% being sarcastic" whereas the way it was tweeted didn't make that clear.

The fan account said: "'We’ve barely spoken about it [...] We were chattin about like is there anything we can release like content or something. And we came to the conclusion that there’s nothing so..' - Niall on plans for a 1D reunion."

And the Slow Hands singer said he wouldn't be answering the question on a 1D reunion anymore as this repeatedly happens.

Horan said: "I’m just going to not answer the question anymore because if you read that quote it obviously reads that I’m being serious when I say 'and we came to the conclusion there was nothing'.

"If you watch the interview I’m 100000 % being sarcastic and it’s obvious. I won’t answer again."

Niall will actually be performing on Sunday at the BBC's Big Weekend - a virtual concert including other big stars like Dermot Kennedy.

Horan and Kennedy will perform on the Radio 1 stage - one of five virtual stages.

Sam Smith, Rita Ora, Jonas Brothers, Biffy Clyro, Fatboy Slim and Disclosure are some of the big names already announced.

The live performances can be watched on BBC iPlayer on from Friday to Sunday, May 22-24.
