Niall Horan Dublin ticketmaster: Singer praises fans as second date is added

Niall Horan has praised fans for "smashing" concert sales this morning with an extra Dublin date already added.

Tickets for the former One Direction stars "Nice to Meet Ya" tour went on sale at 9am this morning with two 3Arena shows on due to a surge in pre-sale buys.

As well as the two Dublin nights, the Mullingar man will also play one night in Belfast as well as multiple dates all across Europe.

The "Slow hands" singer tweeted after tickets went on sale: "You guys smashed the pre-sale so we're adding a second Dublin show to the NiceToMeetYaTour! So excited to come back home for two nights in a row . Tickets on sale now."

Maisie Peters will support Horan at the Irish shows with tickets from €49.50 are on sale now via  www.ticketmaster.ie.

One of the singers Poland shows sold out within minutes while tickets for all the concerts are hard to come by such is the demand.

He kicks off the tour in Cardiff on Wednesday, October 21, with dates in London, Manchester and Birmingham also.

The announcement comes ahead of the release of his new album Heartbreak Weather.

The new album is out on March 13 and is the follow-up to his 2017 US No. 1 album, Flicker.
