NI jobs available in administration - from jewellery retail to renewable energy

Administration is a multifaceted area that can encompass lots of different tasks, from stock management to invoicing, and from payroll to taking minutes in meetings.

Whatever the role, you will most likely need to be organised and efficient in your work, with good communication and IT skills - and ready for anything.

There are lots of administration jobs available in Northern Ireland - here are six that you can apply for right now:

Stock Administrator, Argento

The jewellery retailer Argento is on the look-out for seasonal staff on a temporary contract for the run-up to Christmas - naturally the busiest time in the jewellery calendar.

The stock administrator role will involve receiving and storing deliveries, picking and packing orders, and carrying out engraving as per customer requirements.

It's not a typical warehouse role - no heavy lifting or forklifts and no need for safety attire, but a measure of physical fitness and manual dexterity will be required as you will be using step ladders, lifting and bending, and packing orders carefully.
