Local production company Afro-Mic Productions are casting for hilarious tweens from all across Northern Ireland to front a brand-new dating show for BBC NI.
The casting team want to hear from cheeky, opinionated and charismatic 8, 9 and 10-year-olds who have a great sense of humour and think they’d be good at matchmaking single adults and coming up with fun dates for them to go on.
They're looking for children based in Northern Ireland and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply for the show to make up a diverse and entertaining panel of matchmakers.
The producers have called the show "a feel good, uplifting series that is going to match singletons up with their potential perfect partners."
Judith Kinsella (series producer) said: "Our dating show is a fun and exciting series for BBC NI which will air in 2022. The show will be natural, honest and a lot of laughs along the way. I am super excited to cast a diverse tween panel who will help match our adult singletons and send them off on fun and exciting dates of their choosing."
If successful, the casting and filming process will be conducted under strict Covid-19 guidelines.
Afro-Mic Productions have said they'd love to hear from parents/guardians of interested tweens.
