NHS England staff can get free Uber rides to and from work between Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.
The ride-sharing company is offering two vouchers worth £10 each to NHS staff who register their email address from Monday, December 3.
Over the Christmas period last year, when public transport is closed or limited, 350,000 NHS staff went to work.
Uber said it hoped the move will alleviate worries about travel over the three days.
Jamie Heywood, Uber’s general manager for Northern and Eastern Europe told the Mirror.co.uk: “NHS staff will have enough to worry about this Christmas, so we’d like to at least try to take care of their travel.
"During a time when it isn’t always easy to get from A to B, we hope that this offer will help them get home to their families sooner.”
NHS staff have until December 24 to register for the offer.
