NHC says Karen weakens to a tropical depression

(Reuters) - Karen has degenerated into a tropical depression, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest advisory on Friday.

Karen is located about 390 miles (630 km) southeast of Bermuda, packing maximum sustained winds of 35 mph, the Miami-based weather forecaster said.
