NHC says Harvey weakens to post-tropical cyclone

(Reuters) - Tropical depression Harvey has weakened into a post-tropical cyclone, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Friday.

The system is now located about 110 miles (175 km) east-southeast of Paducah, Kentucky with maximum sustained winds of 25 mph (40 km/h), the Miami-based forecaster said.
