A system located near the central Caribbean Sea has an 80% chance of becoming a cyclone in the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Tuesday.
"Environmental conditions are expected to become a little more conducive for development, and a tropical depression or a tropical storm is likely to form during the next day or so before the system reaches Central America Wednesday night," the NHC added.
