(Reuters) - A well-defined small low pressure system located about 1200 miles east of the Lesser Antilles has a 70% chance of becoming a cyclone in the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Monday.
"Environmental conditions are expected to be conducive for the formation of a tropical depression during the next day or so," the NHC added.
