(Reuters) - A low pressure system located about 1,100 miles (1,770 km) east-southeast of the Windward Islands has a 60% chance of becoming a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Friday.
It is likely to develop into a tropical depression over the weekend or early next week, the Miami-based weather forecaster said.
