A tropical wave located over the east-central Caribbean Sea has a 30% chance of forming into a cyclone in the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest advisory on Wednesday.
"A tropical depression is likely to form late this week or this weekend when the disturbance reaches the central or western Caribbean Sea," the NHC added.
