NG Chartered Surveyors champions emerging talent with the expansion of its trainee programme

Nottingham commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors says that it has reinforced its commitment to nurturing future talent in the industry by welcoming a new trainee surveyor.

Ellis Cullen has joined the firm ahead of starting a Level 6 Chartered Surveyor BSc (Hons) Real Estate Degree Apprenticeship whilst working at NG to gain hands-on experience in the commercial property industry.

She said: "I got in touch with NG about gaining work experience to further understand surveying to see if it was a path within property I would be interested in after university.

"I am here for at least five years - in which time I will have completed my degree and gained valuable experience with the help of a fantastic team at NG.

"My ambition is to continue to pursue a career in surveying and property with the ambition to own multiple properties of my own to help expand my property folder."

Richard Sutton, managing director, said: "NG have always championed young talent trying to get into the commercial property market. Our trainee programme has been incredibly popular and helps us not only get the first pick on emerging talent within the industry, but also reinforces out commitment to creating a vibrant, diverse workforce.

"We're confident Ellis will thrive during her time with us, and we will fully support her ambitions in the world of commercial property."
