Week 17s are always a little weird, but that one we watched on Sunday was really weird.
It started with Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Dolphins shocking Tom Brady and the Patriots, much to the delight of a lot of fans. Now the Patriots are a No. 3 seed and have to play a wild-card game for the first time since 2009.
Then we saw the Cowboys play really great, which didn’t matter because Jerry Jones and Co. could only watch as the Eagles rolled over the Giants to win the NFC East.
And finally, we saw the playoff picture come into focus, with the postseason ready to get started next Saturday.

The worst job of not hitting a ref with your helmet while celebrating a rare win: Joe Mixon.
That ref never saw that coming! Hey, accidents happen.

Tucker was feeling good after giving the Ravens a 9-point lead over the rival Steelers.
Best celebration by a kicker who isn’t going to the playoffs but is still happy with what he’s done: Josh Lambo.
Lambo looked like a guy who knows he starts vacation soon.
Best press conference by a veteran QB who might have played his last game for the only team he’s played for: Philip Rivers.
That’s some pretty honest and raw stuff from Rivers, who might have played in his last game with the Chargers on Sunday.
Best reaction by an owner upon realizing his team’s playoff chances are over: Jerry Jones.
Poor Jerry.
Best job of calling two games at once: Kevin Harlan.
Kevin Harlan should be calling every big game for the rest of time.
The most Jameis Winston way to end a season ever: Jameis Winston.
Winston became the first QB to throw 30 TDs and 30 INTs in a season and he set a record for throwing the most pick-sixes in a season with 7. Oh, and that one ended the game on the first play in OT. Incredible.
Best dance moves by a fan who’s happy about his team going to the playoffs: This Titans fan.
This Titans fan doesn’t care about the Patriots… or just about anything, really.
Coolest QB who just keeps winning games: Ryan Fitzpatrick.
