The NFL is sending nurses and healthcare workers from around the country to Super Bowl LV as a huge thank you for everything they’ve done during the pandemic.
Sharon Alvarez, an ICU Nursing Manager in Tennessee, is one of them.

Sharon’s coworkers nominated her because not only is she a huge football fan, but they say she goes above and beyond for her patients and her team.
“I am very proud to be chosen, to represent my peers, my coworkers, all healthcare workers, all over the country,” says Sharon. “Being a huge football fan, this is like the best prize I could have gotten.”
