As the entire world deals with the fallout from the COVID-19 virus impacting society, the NFL and its 32 teams are preparing for a full 17-week season.

The league has already formally held the NFL draft will and the regular-season schedule will still come out for fans and analysts to salivate over.

According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the league will release the full regular-season schedule next week.

League spokesman Brian McCarthy confirmed the NFL’s plan for a Sept. 10 opener, a Super Bowl to be played on Feb. 7 and eventually fans in the stands.

Contingency plans include delaying the season until mid-October, empty stadiums, and no bye weeks.
