The 2023 regular season is less than a month from its conclusion and the traffic jam in the AFC is more congested than ever.
As of right now, the No. 3 seed team in the conference standings has just a one-game lead over the No. 11 seed. The Jacksonville Jaguars are one of three teams with an 8-5 record and there are six teams hot on their heels at 7-6.
Even teams that recently lost starting quarterbacks like the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns are finding a way to stay in the hunt. And teams that looked like top contenders just a few weeks ago, like the Kansas City Chiefs, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Houston Texans are spiraling at the worst time possible.
The only thing that seems clear at this point is that the Baltimore Ravens can run the ball on anyone and everyone, and the Miami Dolphins offense is as explosive as it gets. After that, everything is up for grabs.
