NFL players react to Antonio Brown’s message to the Steelers

The Antonio Brown saga in Pittsburgh took another interesting twist on Tuesday, as the superstar wide receiver appeared to say goodbye to the city with a highlight reel.

Brown thanked Steelers fans for their support during his time with the team, and tweeted that it was “time to move on and forward.” ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Brown has formally requested a trade, and Brown has linked himself to the 49ers in recent weeks, going as far as to share a Photoshop of himself wearing a San Francisco jersey.

While Steelers fans are losing it on social media, several NFL players chimed in with a response to Brown’s video. Saints Pro Bowler Michael Thomas tweeted that the Steelers offense will be “funny looking” without Brown, who drew constant double-teams from opposing defenses.
