On Tuesday morning, the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New England Patriots QB officially announced he was hanging up his cleats (although everyone noticed: No mention of the Pats at all!)
That sent the NFL world into a tizzy as it did on Saturday when reports said he was done, with players both active and retired sending tweets of tribute to the quarterback, wishing him well and declaring that he is, in fact, the greatest of all time to lace ’em up in the league.
