Well, last week was a disaster.
Placing my faith in the Detroit Lions was, as you can probably surmise, a mistake. Relying on Justin Fields went a little better, but he still managed to lose to the 49ers by 11 in what was his most promising start to date (wow, what a depressing sentence for Bears fans). Factor in upset losses from the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Chargers and you’ve got the makeup of a 7-8 week.
Ew.
Fortunately we bounced back with a 1-0 start Thursday night, but that was a Jets game, so it basically doesn’t count.
