Former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton could end up signing somewhere as a free agent soon.
Dalton has a handful of interesting potential destinations, including the New England Patriots.
But how do NFL oddsmakers feel about the situation? Over at BetMGM, Dalton is listed as a candidate for a ton of different teams as one of the quarterbacks to take the first snap of the regular season.
Dalton’s name is listed with the Chicago Bears (+5000), Washington Redskins (+3000), Las Vegas Raiders (+5000), New England Patriots (+280) and Philadelphia Eagles (+5000).
Interestingly, the Jacksonville Jaguars aren’t listed despite Dalton’s connection to Jay Gruden and Tyler Eifert. At this point, it isn’t hard to see why Dalton to the Patriots is the favored move as New England looks to move on from Tom Brady.
While Dalton’s playing future remains a mystery, there isn’t much unknown about what the Bengals will do from here — Joe Burrow jerseys are already flying off the shelves.
