The NFL season is just around the corner, with a handful of training camps across the league set to open later this week — it’s been a surreal offseason for Dolphins fans, who watched their team aggressively attack a number of needed across the roster in a bid to further transition away from a rebuilding title and instead put themselves into a “young contender” status.
So far, so good.
But this grand rebuild will only materialize if the Dolphins can apply their talent on the field and piece it all together — something that every Dolphins fan is itching to see. And to that point, we bring good news! The Miami Dolphins faithful will not need to wait long in order to see their favorite team in action, no matter where they live. The NFL Network has just announced the Preseason Week 1 television schedule and the team’s preseason exhibition against the Chicago Bears is included.

This makes two of the team’s three preseason games set for national broadcast, with the team’s Preseason Week 3 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals currently scheduled to be aired on CBS. So chin up, Dolphins fans. Yes, it is still the offseason. And yes, games that are played for keeps still loom nearly two months on the horizon. But your Dolphins fix is about to be filled with two nationally televised preseason contests in three weeks starting next month.
