NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah says Titans are one of the most physical teams in the league

The Tennessee Titans haven’t exactly found themselves receiving a lot of national attention over recent years.

Finishing with an overall record of 9-7 in three consecutive seasons won’t exactly do that for you.

But there is one aspect of the Titans’ game that has caught the attention of analysts after last season — physicality.

NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah noted Tennessee as one of the top five most physical teams in the league, per a comment from Titans Online.

“If you ask around the league: who are the most physical teams around the league? I think the Titans would be one of the first four or five teams that come to mind,” he said.

Jeremiah followed up the comment by saying the Titans could stand to be a bit more “dynamic.”

“They are tough, and they are physical,” he said. “But they need to be a little more dynamic.”

The Titans have the perfect opportunity to become more dynamic as the 2019 NFL Draft looms just four days away.

The Titans currently hold the No. 19 overall pick to kick the action off for them in the first round on April 25, and are expected to go with a pass rusher or defensive lineman.

However, there’s also been talk among analysts of the Titans selecting an offensive lineman, tight end or wide receiver.

Given general manager Jon Robinson’s history of making all types of moves on draft day, the best analysts can do is guesswork at this point.
