April 28--1. Los Angeles -- Jared Goff, QB, Cal -- Accurate, great feet, pocket presence -- the Rams like everything they see in Goff, who gives them a fresh start in L.A.
2. Philadelphia -- Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State -- Some scouts compare the big-bodied Wentz to Andrew Luck, a cannon-armed guy who can gain hard yards on the ground.
3. San Diego -- Jalen Ramsey, DB, Florida State -- With Eric Weddle gone, the Chargers begin the next chapter of their secondary with a playmaker -- passing on an OT in the process.
4. Dallas -- Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State -- Last year proved how much that Dallas offensive line meant to DeMarco Murray. Maybe Elliott could step right in and produce big numbers.
5. Jacksonville -- Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State -- Bosa can get after the QB. In their first month, the Jaguars face Aaron Rodgers, Philip Rivers, Joe Flacco and Luck.
6. Baltimore -- Ronnie Stanley, T, Notre Dame -- Eugene Monroe is injury prone, so the Ravens need to look for a long-term answer who can protect Flacco's blind side.
7. San Francisco -- DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon -- Chip Kelly recruited Buckner to the Ducks, and he'd love to have him in the pros. Would be 49ers' best DL right away.
8. Cleveland -- Laremy Tunsil, T, Ole Miss -- If they can't trade back, the Browns will wait on getting a quarterback and take a talented pass protector instead. Will Jets trade up?
9. Tampa Bay -- Vernon Hargreaves, CB, Florida -- Buccaneers allowed QBs to complete 70% of their passes in 2015. Need CBs in division with Drew Brees, Cam Newton, Matt Ryan.
10. New York Giants -- Leonard Floyd, LB, Georgia -- The Giants were 32nd in total defense last season, and Floyd could be a cornerstone toward rebuilding a pass rush.
11. Chicago -- A'Shawn Robinson, DL, Alabama -- If Floyd is gone, the Bears can bolster their defensive front with the massive Robinson and wait to take an edge rusher.
12. New Orleans -- Sheldon Rankins, DT, Louisville -- Utra-quick for 300-plus pounds, Rankins can cave in pockets for team that gave up NFL-record 45 TD passes in 2015.
13. Miami -- William Jackson, CB, Houston -- Jackson could step right in and start opposite Byron Maxwell. It's too early for the Dolphins to reach for RB Derrick Henry.
14. Oakland -- Myles Jack, LB, UCLA -- The Raiders had a two-hour private workout with Jack recently and liked what they saw. As long as his knee holds up, he's a steal here.
15. Tennessee -- Jack Conklin, T, Michigan State -- The Titans need to better protect investment in Marcus Mariota. Conklin could step in and upgrade line from Day One.
16. Detroit -- Taylor Decker, T, Ohio State -- The Lions have a need at right tackle, and either Decker or Conklin would be a fit. Pass rusher can wait until a later round.
17. Atlanta -- Reggie Ragland, LB, Alabama -- Falcons surrendered 20 rushing touchdowns last season, tied for most in the league. Ragland could help shore up holes.
18. Indianapolis -- Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson -- The Colts need better blockers for Andrew Luck, but with the best tackles off the board, they turn to their pass rush.
19. Buffalo -- Noah Spence, OLB, Eastern Kentucky -- Bills had a franchise-low 21 sacks last season. Spence could be a bookend to Jerry Hughes in Rex Ryan's defense.
20. New York Jets -- Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis -- Lynch might go earlier than this, so the team that wants him might have to trade into the top 10 to be sure. But there's a chance.
21. Washington -- Andrew Billings, DT, Baylor -- With a fire-hydrant build, Billings could help anchor a Redskins defensive front that came apart down the stretch in 2015.
22. Houston -- Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor -- Coleman had 74 catches and 20 touchdowns last season, despite losing two starting QBs to injuries. Has speed Texans want.
23. Minnesota -- Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss -- Treadwell isn't a burner, but he's big and good in jump-ball situations. Vikings need more targets for Teddy Bridgewater.
24. Cincinnati -- Josh Doctson, WR, Texas Christian -- The lanky Doctson has a knack for catching the ball in traffic. Would help a team that lost Mohamed Sanu, Marvin Jones.
25. Pittsburgh -- Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State -- Apple isn't a dominating playmaker, but he's good in coverage and could immediately impact a suspect Steelers secondary.
26. Seattle -- Ryan Kelly, C, Alabama -- Kelly could play center or guard for the Seahawks, who lost starting linemen Russell Okung and J.R. Sweezy in free agency.
27. Green Bay -- Darron Lee, LB, Ohio State -- Clay Matthews is moving back outside for the Packers, so that leaves a vacancy on the inside that the speedy Lee could fill.
28. Kansas City -- Kevin Dodd, DE, Clemson -- Dodd, who missed the 2013 season with a knee injury, was terrific last fall with 12 sacks and 62 tackles.
29. New England -- forfeited pick
30. Arizona -- Robert Nkemdiche, DT, Ole Miss -- A boom-or-bust player, Nkemdiche has character issues but the Cardinals feel they have solid leaders in their locker room.
31. Carolina -- Emmanuel Ogbah, DE, Oklahoma State -- The Panthers need an edge rusher after getting limited production there in 2015. Might also be a spot for a RB.
32. Denver -- Jarran Reed, DT, Alabama -- With Malik Jackson gone, and Sylvester Williams' future up in the air, Broncos address the interior of their defensive line.
