There were some shockers in Week 5 as Oakland upended Chicago from London by three, Denver got its first win at the LA Chargers and Indianapolis upset the Chiefs on Sunday night, 19-13.
In Week 6, Seattle visits Cleveland, Houston is at Kansas City and San Francisco travels south to meet the LA Rams.
*Russell Wilson’s turned into one of the main MVP favorites. His Seahawks take on a Cleveland team that is allowing 150.8 yards per game on the ground. The Browns have been the most disappointing team in the league right now and they are coming off a short week. Another NFC West team will beat them at home. Take Seattle and give the points.
*It’s hard not to like the way Deshaun Watson is playing. However, this is the same team that scored 10 points at home against Carolina to weeks ago and 13 against the Jaguars (in a win). However, they do have J.J. Watt and a defense that will be facing a hobbled Pat Mahomes in front of a decimated offensive line. Take the Texans and as a bonus, go under 55.
*San Francisco is 4-0 but they won’t go undefeated. This is a tough task for them, coming off a short week against a Rams’ team that played last Thursday. Sean McVay will need to run the ball more to avoid a great pass rush. The likely loss of FB Kyle Juszczyk to a knee injury will hurt the Niners running game. This should be another low-scoring game. Take the Rams and lay the points at home.
