NFL flexes Packers-Panthers to afternoon time slot in Week 10

The NFL is moving the Green Bay Packers’ Week 10 home game against the Carolina Panthers to the late afternoon slot, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The Nov. 10 game was originally scheduled for a noon start from Lambeau Field. It’s been moved up to 3:25 p.m. CT.

The Packers are 7-1 after eight weeks and will have a chance to get to 8-1 next Sunday in Los Angeles. The Panthers dropped to 4-3 after losing in San Francisco on Sunday but could soon return quarterback Cam Newton, adding another layer of intrigue to the NFC battle.

The Packers will play three straight games at 3:25 p.m. CT, starting Sunday in Los Angeles. They have a bye following Week 10. Four of their final six games are scheduled for noon starts.
