NFL Fans Roasted the Jets Over ESPN’s Brutally Honest Graphic About Aaron Rodgers and Team’s QBs

It’s no secret that the New York Jets don’t have the best history when it comes to quarterbacks.

From recent draft busts like Sam Darnold and Zach Wilson to Mark Sanchez and his infamous “butt fumble,” the position has been a revolving door for the organization for years. But even now that New York finally has its franchise quarterback in Aaron Rodgers, ESPN didn’t miss a chance to point out the team’s years-long ineptitude at the position.

In a graphic promoting the Jets’ season opener on Monday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills, ESPN compared Rodgers’ career milestones with that of all Jets QBs all-time. The results weren’t pretty.

 Yikes.

Particularly striking was the statistic that Rodgers has nine more 4,000+ yard passing seasons than the entire Jets organization. Clearly, it won’t take much for the former Packers star to make his mark in the Big Apple.
