NFL Fans Roasted the Giants for Dancing and Celebrating While Getting Blown Out by Cowboys

As if another blowout loss to the Cowboys wasn’t bad enough, the Giants found another way to get roasted by NFL fans during Sunday’s 49–17 blowout in Dallas. 

Dallas’s dominant victory saw the club take a 28–0 lead into halftime before surrendering a few standout plays down the stretch to New York, highlights the team made sure to take full advantage despite the massive deficit.

Despite the all-around bad afternoon, Giants players took time to dance and celebrating multiple times in the second half. The most notable celebrations came after a third-quarter touchdown from tight end Lawrence Cager, who broke out a dance of his own in the endzone with the score, 28–7.

Several Giants players were also reportedly seen dancing later in the game when Dallas’s lead ballooned to 42–7, presumably after an interception of backup Cooper Rush, playing in relief of a red-hot Dak Prescott, by safety Darnay Holmes with 10:56 left in regulation.

Given the circumstances of the contest, the awkward scene gave fans already eager to troll the Giants for the loss more fuel to go in on the club for their late-game antics:
