It felt like old times on Monday night as Tom Brady once again found himself in a tuck-rule situation against the Los Angeles Rams and once again he got bailed out by the refs.
This play was a big one, too, as Brady appeared to fumble the ball inside his own 10-yard line after being hit in the end zone. The refs quickly blew the play dead, which didn’t seem to make any sense and likely took away a touchdown from the Rams, who recovered the ball.
Instead, the play went to a review where it was ruled to be an incomplete pass and the Bucs punted the ball away on the next play.

That felt like a fumble to me. It felt like a fumble to a lot of other people, too, as Twitter was quick to question the whole call.
No tuck rule on this one. That’s a Rams TD or least their 🏈. Why would officials blow that dead? Let it go, replay can correct it. 😤😤
