Gus Johnson has had himself a weekend.
We all know by now how Gus can get excited when he’s calling big plays and this weekend he had a few of those moments.
On Saturday the play-by-play legend had two awesome calls during the Nebraska-Oklahoma game.
Then today he made his way to Arizona to call the Vikings-Cardinals game, which turned out to be the wildest game of the day and was a perfect game to have Gus Johnson on the call.
The Vikings were able to get in field goal range in the final seconds but then could only watch as Greg Joseph’s 37-yard FG attempt sailed right and gave the Cardinals a 34-33 win.
