NFL fans had lots of jokes about Jon Gruden wearing an Oakland Raiders hat on ‘TNF’

The Raiders, in case you forgot, now call Las Vegas home as of this season. They are no longer the Oakland Raiders after spending the past 24 years in that city.

Apparently the team’s head coach, Jon Gruden, is a little confused about all of that because during tonight’s home game (in Las Vegas) against the Los Angeles Chargers he is wearing an Oakland Raiders hat on the sideline.

Why is he doing that? I honestly have no idea and they haven’t said anything on the Fox broadcast. I have to believe Gruden just grabbed an old hat from what has to be a messy office and tossed this on his head. Because that feels like a thing Jon Gruden would do:
