NFL fans crushed the Cowboys after their shockingly awful first half against the Packers

The Dallas Cowboys’ playoff struggles have been well documented over the years. They haven’t advanced beyond the Divisional Round since 1995, and no matter the roster turnover — it’s been the same story for Dallas. They don’t win when it matters, and Jimmy Johnson is tired of it.

Sunday’s wild-card matchup with the Green Bay Packers was shaping up to be yet another stunning disappointment for a team that earned the NFC’s No. 2 seed. (Also, if Bill Belichick wasn’t already on Jerry Jones’ speed dial, he probably should be now.)

From the start of the game, the anxious vibes were noticeable from the Cowboys players and crowd. They fell behind 21-0. And with a chance to cut into the deficit, Dak Prescott threw a pick-six that seemingly put the game away before halftime.

The Cowboys managed to score a touchdown right as the first half expired, but the 27-7 scoreline already had fans roasting the Cowboys for another apparent chokejob in the playoffs.
