Alright, look, I know that Bill Belichick has the deepest of ties to Navy given that his dad Steve was the assistant football coach at the Naval Acaedmy for decades.
And I’m fully aware that Army and Navy will face off for their annual game later this week.
But it’s kind of awesome that Belichick was wearing a Navy mask before running the ball 1,526,490 times [checks notes: It was 46 total carries] and throwing JUST THREE TIMES in a 14-10 win over the Buffalo Bills.
Was it a clue that he’d be running like Navy does all the time? Hmmm. Fans thought so!
