It’s a whole lot easier to win when you have the best players.

Which college teams recruit, develop, and crank out the most talents to the NFL? Send a ton of players to the league of mercenaries, and the program will recruit itself at times.

In the Five-Year Program Analysis, here are the rankings of the teams by conference when it comes to the having the most players drafted.

One note, unlike all of the other categories that go from 2013 to 2017, this one is from 2014 to 2018.
