NFL DFS Week 9 optimal lineup

Devising the perfect Daily Fantasy Sports strategy for the NFL can be a challenge, which is why I'm here to assist.

On DraftKings, it's important to remember you're playing full-point PPR with bonuses if a player surpasses 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards or 100 receiving yards.

Here is my optimal lineup for Sunday's $3.5 million Fantasy Football Millionaire contest, but can be utilized as a foundation in other games and platforms.

All prices listed are courtesy of DraftKings with a $50,000 budget.

These lineups have netted $125, so that leaves me $35 in the hole.

— QB: Lamar Jackson, Ravens ($7,300)

Minnesota just allowed Cooper Rush to throw for 325 yards and two touchdowns. Jackson is underpriced.

— RB: Nick Chubb, Browns ($6,700)

My Spidey sense tells me Chubb has a Chubb-like 20-plus touches, 150-plus total yards and at least one touchdown — he has four scores in five career games against Cincinnati.

— RB: Zack Moss, Bills ($5,300)

Moss appears to be the clear lead back in Buffalo's dynamic offense, which should mean increased touchdown equity and a heavy second half workload against Jacksonville.

— WR: Brandin Cooks, Texans ($6,100)

Cooks remains a target monster — he's seventh in the NFL with 70 — and faces a struggling secondary (Miami) with a serviceable quarterback (Tyrod Taylor) returning to the lineup.

— WR: Marquise Brown, Ravens ($6,000)

Creating a mini-stack against a Minnesota defense allowing the sixth-most points to wide receivers makes sense. Brown is seeing career-best utilization with Baltimore throwing the ball more than ever with Jackson under center.

— WR: Kadarius Toney, Giants ($5,200)

Sterling Shepard is on the shelf again and Las Vegas plays more zone coverage than any other defense in the NFL. Toney has built a reputation on torching zone coverage.

— TE: Darren Waller, Raiders ($6,200)

Waller is actually the squeaky wheel in Vegas' offense and this is the least expensive he's been all season. Buy the dip and reap the leverage against Hunter Renfrow, who will be very chalky this week.

— FLEX: Brandon Aiyuk, 49ers ($4,100)

Deebo Samuel's calf situation has worsened so he could be out or limited if he's active.

— DST: Las Vegas Raiders ($2,900)

The Raiders feature one of the best pass rushes in the NFL and a lot of pressure tends to turn Danny Dimes into Danny Doesn't Take Care of the Football.
