If you're setting your Week 13 DFS lineups and looking for salary relief, you've come to the right place.
Today's list features players that are considered bargains based on what they could return. Use these options and spend up for players such as Tyreek Hill or Najee Harris this week, and we bet you'll be glad you did.

Quarterbacks
Russell Wilson, BroncosWe are hoping for a shootout between Wilson and C.J. Stroud and though there may not be a super high ceiling for Wilson, he should at least be able to get you a solid floor. Wilson has only finished with fewer than double-digit DFS points once this season. He's been extremely efficient, and he has some mobility, too. The matchup with the Texans is favorable, as they have allowed the ninth-most DFS points per game to opposing quarterbacks this season and the fifth-most across the past four contests.
Sam Howell, CommandersNo quarterback has dropped back more times this season than Howell (486), and with the highest game total of the week at SI Sportsbook, I expect that trend will continue. The Commanders will be playing catch-up vs. a Dolphins defense that has allowed an average of 27.3 points per game on the road this season.
Gardner Minshew, Colts

The Colts are trying to hang on to a playoff berth and they will do all they can to win this game. Josh Downs saw 13 targets last week, and Michael Pittman Jr. did, too, logging 107 yards. A Colts stack vs. a Tennessee defense that has little to fight for makes some sense here.
Running Backs
Zack Moss, ColtsNo Jonathan Taylor? No problem. Moss put up 195 all-purpose yards and a pair of scores in Week 5 vs. this Titans team, and there's no reason to think he won't be heavily involved again. Sure, he'll be chalk, but at this price point, it doesn't matter.
Tyler Allgeier, FalconsBijan Robinson should be front and center in this matchup as the Jets have allowed the fourth-most DFS points to opposing runners across the past four games. Atlanta won't be able to have success through the air, but their identity is rooted in a ground game anyway. Allgeier's salary is relatively low, and he's worth a dart in case Arthur Smith pulls some shenanigans.
Ezekiel Elliott, PatriotsRumor has it that Bailey Zappe will get the start on Sunday vs. the Chargers. The quarterback situation in New England is a mess, but they should be able to count on the run game vs. a Chargers defense that has allowed the sixth-most DFS points to opposing running backs across the past four matchups. Zeke is always a red-zone threat and he could see double-digit carries this weekend.
Wide Receivers
Josh Downs, ColtsDowns is the option with a lower salary if you want to roll a Colts stack. Downs has had a few big games this season, and he saw 13 targets from Minshew last week vs. the Bucs.
Jonathan Mingo, Panthers

The Panthers fired Frank Reich on Monday, and Carolina will have a new play-caller for Bryce Young and his receivers this Sunday in a favorable matchup with Tampa Bay. The Bucs have allowed 46.6 PPR points per game to opposing wideouts across the last four contests, and this could be the time to speculate on Mingo, a full-time starter for Carolina, who led the team with 60 receiving yards on six targets vs. the Titans.
A.T. Perry, SaintsPerry is worth a start simply because he is the next man up in a decimated Saints offense facing a generous Detroit secondary.
Marvin Mims Jr., BroncosIf you're looking for another bargain salary in this Broncos-Texans game, which has the third-highest total of the week at SI Sportsbook, Mims could be the guy. It's a dart throw, but Mims has the kind of speedy deep threat that could make a big splash play if this game turns into a shootout.
Tight Ends
David Njoku, BrownsNjoku has been targeted a whopping 24 times across the last two contests. Joe Flacco is likely getting the start, but I still expect him to be heavily involved.
Logan Thomas, CommandersThe Dolphins have allowed the ninth-most DFS points to tight ends this season and Thomas leads all NFL tight ends with 368 routes run this season. He's also seen the eighth-most targets at the position and he has the same target share as Curtis Samuel and Jahan Dotson for the Commanders. Using Thomas is an inexpensive way to get exposure to the game with the highest expected total on the slate.
Juwan Johnson, SaintsMicheal Thomas is on the IR, Chris Olave is limited with a concussion and may not go, and Rashid Shaheed has a quad injury. Johnson tallied seven targets in the last Sunday -- second only to Olave -- and is likely the top pass-catching option for the Saints going into this game. The converted wide receiver caught seven touchdown passes in 2022; this week, he gets a Lions defense that has allowed the sixth-most DFS points to the position.
