The Tennessee Titans fared well in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Well enough, in fact, for NFL.com’s Bucky Brooks and Daniel Jeremiah to rank them at the top of the AFC South.
Here’s a look at Brooks and Jeremiah’s thoughts on the division:
The Titans were given a grade of ‘A’ by NFL.com, while Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts each finished with a ‘B+’. The Houston Texans graded out with a ‘B-‘ that placed them dead last.

Round 1, 19th overall: Jeffery Simmons, Mississippi State DT
Round 2, 51st overall: AJ Brown, Ole Miss WR
Round 3, 82nd overall: Nate Davis, Charlotte OL
Round 4, 116th overall: Amani Hooker, Iowa S
Round 5, 168 overall: D’Andre Walker, Georgia OLB
Round 6, 188 overall: David Long, West Virginia ILB
It will be interesting to see if these prospects, especially a high-risk, high-reward player like Simmons, live up to hype in coming seasons.
