NFL bettors expect the Chiefs and Rams to flex their muscles en route to a Super Bowl appearance

Conference Championship Sunday is upon us and viewers will be on the receiving end of two fantastic matchups. While it will be difficult to replicate the excitement and outcomes created in last weekend’s divisional round, a replay of the remaining teams’ regular-season matchups with one another would suffice.

The Cincinnati Bengals are still standing after going into Nashville and ending the championship hopes of the AFC’s No. 1 seeded Titans. They’ll head to Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday looking for a repeat of their Week 17 performance against the Kansas City Chiefs. However, 56 percent of bet slips at Tipico Sportsbook have the Chiefs covering the spread (-7.5) and sending the Bengals home with a beatdown.

Beatdown or not, 68 percent of bettors have the Chiefs at the moneyline and 70 percent of bet slips see the final score going over 54.5, indicating that either one or both of these offenses will light up the scoreboard.

Coverage for Bengals-Chiefs is set to begin at 3:00 p.m. ET on CBS.

Sunday’s final game will also feature teams who recently played against one another. In fact, the San Francisco 49ers are Los Angeles Rams (NFC West rivals) played twice this season with the Niners coming out victorious both times.

While 75 percent of bettors at Tipico expect the Niners and Rams to combine for over 45.5 total points, they aren’t anticipating a third San Francisco win. Fifty-five percent of tickets have the Rams covering (-3.5) and 64 percent are taking them at the moneyline.

Coverage for 49ers-Rams is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. ET on FOX.
