The NFL officially announced the Denver Broncos’ five-game 2019 preseason schedule on Tuesday afternoon. The team has an extra exhibition contest this summer because they will play in the Hall of Fame Game.
Here’s a look at the team’s preseason schedule, with a few dates and kickoff times still to be finalized:
- Thursday, Aug. 1*: vs. Atlanta Falcons (in Canton, Ohio)
- Between Aug. 8-12: at Seattle Seahawks
- Monday, Aug. 19: vs. San Francisco 49ers
- Between Aug. 22-25: at Los Angeles Rams
- Thursday, Aug. 29: vs. Arizona Cardinals
*The team’s first game will be the Hall of Fame Game, kicking off the league’s 2019 preseason schedule. That game will be nationally televised on NBC (and locally broadcast on 9NEWS/KTVD-Channel 20).
The team’s games against the Seahawks, Rams and Cardinals will also be locally televised on Channel 20. The team’s “Monday Night Football” contest against the 49ers will be nationally televised on ESPN.
Denver is expected to host San Francisco for joint practices leading up to their preseason showdown in Week 2 of preseason. The Broncos’ finalized preseason schedule and regular season schedule are expected to be announced later this month.
