The NFC West went 3-1 in Week 14. The Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals all had convincing victories in their games. The San Francisco 49ers were the only team in the division to lose and actually were eliminated from the division title with three games to go in the regular season.

- Los Angeles Rams, 9-4 (2-2 division, 1-0 vs. Seahawks)
- Seattle Seahawks, 9-4 (2-2 division)
- Arizona Cardinals 7-6 (2-2 division)
- San Francisco 49ers, 5-8 (2-2 division)
The Rams, Seahawks and Cardinals would all be in the playoffs if the season were to end today. L.A. would be the No. 3 seed as the division champ, the Seahawks are currently the No. 5 seed and the Cardinals moved back into the seventh and final postseason seed.
