NFC North Week 5 rundown: Maybe all 4 teams are good?

Packers, 4-1

The Packers made a huge statement, taking down the Cowboys in Dallas, 34-24 behind a huge night from running back Aaron Jones.

These are big wins for the Packers, especially against another NFC team vying for playoff position.

Green Bay hosts a well-rested Lions team in Week 6.

It’s worth nothing, six of the Packers’ final nine games are on the road.

Lions, 2-1-1

The Lions had the week off. Early bye weeks aren’t great for teams, but it’s probably a good thing for Detroit to get some rest before playing the first-place Packers.

Bears, 3-2

This is one Chicago would love to have back. The Bears fell to the Raiders 24-21 one week after beating the Vikings in an emotional game.

So, the Vikings demolished the Raiders, the Vikings lost to the Bears, but the Raiders beat the Bears.

WHAT IS LIFE?!

So, it turns out, maybe Chase Daniel is a backup quarterback.

Good luck for Chase next week when the Bears host the Saints.

Vikings, 3-2

The Vikings are still in last place in the division, but they absolutely dominated the Giants, 28-10, behind an absolute dominant performance.

Life still isn’t perfect in Purple, but Kirk Cousins threw for 300 yards, Dalvin Cook had more than 200 total yards and Stefon Diggs showed up for the game.

The Vikings host the Eagles in Week 6 at U.S. Bank Stadium.
