With Aaron Rodgers, Kirk Cousins, Matthew Stafford and Mitchell Trubisky, there is plenty of talent among quarterbacks in the NFC North.
In a division ranking for quarterbacks by Adam Schein over at NFL.com, Schein ranks the NFC North third in the NFL behind the AFC West and NFC West.
Here’s what Schein wrote about the NFC North:
The Aaron Rodgers “I can be coached” tour is going to be real and spectacular. Count on it. He’s healthy, and I expect his union with first-year head coach Matt LaFleur will help him remind everyone that he’s still one of the best in the game. Trubisky has made major progress in his first two seasons, and he’ll take another step forward in his second season working with offensive whiz Matt Nagy. I feel like Cousins and Stafford fall somewhere in the range of eight to 16 in the QB rankings each year.
The strength at quarterback in this division comes down to how good Cousins and Stafford can be. Both can be among the best quarterbacks in the league. However, they’ve failed to consistently play at that level.
