Neymar's return to Barcelona will not be feasible this summer according to his agent Wagner Ribeiro.
The Brazilian indicated his desire to quit PSG last summer and head back to the Nou Camp after two years in Paris.
But the financial impact of the coronavirus means mega-money moves will be beyond the majority of teams this summer.
Neymar cost PSG a world record £198m when they signed him from Barcelona in 2017 and Ribeiro doesn't seen how the Catalans will be able to fund such a deal.
"I think Neymar will stay at PSG because the market is difficult," he said according to the Sun.

"The economic world of football will change."
The 28-year-old helped form one of the most fearsome trios in history alongside Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
In their first year together they won the treble before winning a further four trophies.
His 105 goals for Barcelona convinced the Parisians to break the bank, but Neymar hasn't been able to deliver the prize they crave - the Champions League.
Injuries have hampered his efforts but the forward has also been involved in controversy off the pitch.
He was jeered by the PSG crowd upon his return at the start of this season but has been able to win back the club's fans.
And despite admitting he wanted to leave last summer new team-mate Ander Herrera confessed the Brazilian told him he was happy in France.
He said: "I had dinner with Neymar before the quarantine and he is very involved with the project. He told me that he has never been so happy in Paris."
