Neymar names his dream five-a-side teams - including Man Utd star and Liverpool legend

Neymar has named his dream five-a-side teams - one filled with current stars, another with legends.

Brazil international Neymar, unsurprisingly, ignored placing any defenders or goal keepers in his side - instead deciding over pure attacking flair and power.

Neymar was banned from selecting Brazilian players.

For his team of outfit current players, Neymar has plucked for Manchester United's Frenchman Paul Pogba as his most defensive player, alongside Real Madrid attacking midfielder Eden Hazard.

The rest of his team come from people he has played alongside.

Current Paris Saint-Germain teammate Kylian Mbappe, with whom he has reportedly had previous bust-ups with, makes the cut.

Neymar then reconvenes his famous, and successful, MSN attacking trident at Barcelona - with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez included.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the biggest name to miss out of the team, although with the Barca and Real Madrid associations that is unsurprising.

In his side of retired footballers, Neymar has looked more at the need to prevent goals with a midfield heavy roster.

Four former Premier League players have made the list - with David Beckham and Steven Gerrard sitting at the base of the side, alongside Chelsea manager Frank Lampard.

Ex-Arsenal superstar Thierry Henry rounds off the Premier League contingent - with the Frenchman likely to bang in the imaginary goals in the dream team.

Neymar plucks for another former teammate in Xavi to add to the overflowing midfield.

The PSG ace also talked about his frustrating 2019 and what he expects in 2020.

"Professionally and personally, 2019 was a tough year for me. It was a year full of learnings and turnarounds," said Neymar.

"I injured myself and had to come back. Then I injured myself again.

"Although it seems like a bad year, it was a year full of learnings and lots of experiences. I am taking the positive side of it so that 2020 can be better.

"My biggest expectation for 2020 is to win everything I can with PSG and the Brazilian team.

"I’ll seek new challenges, I want to be in the Champions League final, I want to win the Copa America once again. These are the challenges I intend to overcome in 2020."
