Neymar has opened a third legal case against former side Barcelona in search of £5.6m in unpaid 'contingency fees' and loyalty bonuses, according to Spanish reports.
This newest battle takes the Brazilian's total claims against the Catalan club to £33m, though Barcelona have no intention of paying him any money or entering negotiations, according to El Mundo .
Neymar claims he made a number of payments to secure his lucrative move from Brazilian club Santos to Barcelona in 2013, and he is demanding he is paid these back.
The 28-year-old also asserts he is owed loyalty bonuses from his four years at the Nou Camp.

This latest legal case has dented the chances of the Paris Saint-Germain forward returning to Barcelona in a widely-rumoured move.
Neymar left Barca for the French giants in a world-record £198m transfer in 2017 but has been consistently linked with a move back to Spain and came close to a return last August.
A number of disciplinary issues at PSG and disputes with manager Thomas Tuchel have fuelled rumours that Neymar will leave Parc des Princes this year.

The forward has struggled with injuries this season but his form has been world-class when he has been fit, contributing 16 goals and 10 assists in 20 appearances.
Neymar and Santos have been involved in a number of legal cases since he left the club in 2013, with his former side claiming they are owed money.
The Brazilian club says it is entitled to £3.75m after Barca failed to play the second of two friendlies against them, which was part of the agreement as Neymar moved to Spain.
Meanwhile, Neymar was ordered to stand trial in 2017 on fraud charges and the case could be held this year.
Prosecutors are looking to fine the forward £8.75m and are pushing for jail sentences for Neymar, his mother and his father.
