Neymar launched a bizarre tirade against the Copa America organisers in response to the punishment handed down to Brazil teammate Gabriel Jesus.
The Manchester City striker was sent off for an appalling aerial kick on Chile's Eugenio Mena during their 1-0 win in the quarter-finals.
Jesus apologised for the horror challenge after the match, and missed the 1-0 win over Peru in the semi-final as a result.
CONMEBOL subsequently handed down a two-match ban to the 24-year-old, meaning he will play no part in the final against Argentina on Sunday.
Despite the horrendous nature of the 'tackle', Neymar responded with fury when he found out about his colleague's suspension.
"It is very sad to be in the hands of people who make these kinds of decisions," said the Paris Saint-Germain attacker.
"They made a beautiful analysis of the play. We must congratulate them," he added sarcastically.
Jesus responded angrily to the two-match ban on Instagram, posting: "Two-match ban and no appeal? Congratulations CONMEBOL. I think you didn't see what happened right."
The City player also received a $5,000 (£3,600) fine.
