Neymar indulges in Celtic showboating as he plays no-look pass in front of the Hoops bench

Neymar ran Celtic ragged in 45 minutes as Paris Saint-Germain defeated the Scottish champions 4-0 on Tuesday evening - and couldn't resist rubbing it in with a little showboating.

The Brazilian pulled out all the stops by setting up Kylian Mbappe to score inside the first minute before firing past Scott Bain for PSG's second, albeit with a deflection.

In Tuesday's meeting, his argumentative side came out in a brief but heated exchange with Hoops boss Neil Lennon.

And Neymar, seemingly irked, decided to indulge in a bit of over-elaborate technical play at his opponent's expense.

It did seem a bit needless in a pre-season glamour friendly but he couldn't resist pulling out the tricks after winning a free-kick right by the Celtic technical area.

Caught on a fan's camera, the winger plays a one-two with Mitchel Bakker before staring down Ryan Christie.

The Scotland international does his best but Neymar is too quick and he peels away with a nifty stepover before playing a no-look pass and glancing back at the trailing Christie.

He was substituted at half-time as the French champions sent on an entirely different team for the second 45 minutes with Ander Herrera and Pablo Sarabia adding two more goals.

The Hoops and Neymar have previous since the sides last met in the Champions League three years ago.

On that occasion he refused to shake right-back Anthony Ralston's hand, and his previous conduct in a Barcelona shirt at Parkhead didn't endear himself to Celtic fans either.
